Go to bmax.ws/register and fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number (+92), date of birth and city. Choose a username and a strong password. The form takes about 90 seconds. After submitting, you'll receive an OTP on your mobile number to confirm your account. To deposit and withdraw, you'll also need to upload your CNIC — this typically takes 5–10 minutes during business hours.

No. BMAX allows one account per person. Duplicate accounts linked to the same CNIC, mobile number or payment method will be merged or closed, and any bonus balances on duplicate accounts are forfeited. If you've lost access to a previous account, contact support — they'll help you recover it without needing to register again.

The primary document is your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC). Upload a clear photo of the front of your CNIC during the verification step. For larger withdrawals, BMAX may also ask for proof of your payment method — for example, a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your name and number. BMAX does not accept scanned copies of other ID types in place of a CNIC.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" — a reset code will be sent to your registered +92 number via SMS. Enter the code and set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact BMAX live chat support with your account details and CNIC for assisted account recovery. Never share a reset code with anyone.

You cannot change your registered number directly from account settings — this prevents unauthorised account takeovers. To update it, contact BMAX live chat support while logged in. You will need to verify your identity using your CNIC before the change is made. Future OTPs and security alerts will then go to the new number.

Yes. You can request permanent account closure via the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings, or by contacting BMAX support directly. Before closure, any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Permanent closure is irreversible — you would need to register as a new player if you wished to use BMAX again, which would not be possible if you used self-exclusion to close the account.

Account suspensions on BMAX are typically caused by a pending verification, an unusual security flag on the account, or a responsible gaming restriction. Your PKR balance is safe during any suspension. Deposits

The minimum deposit on BMAX is Rs 200. This applies to all deposit methods — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. There is no maximum limit on deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may have their own transaction limits that apply independently of BMAX.

BMAX accepts: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay (mobile wallets), IBFT bank transfer (all major Pakistani banks) and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR. No foreign currency conversions are required for Pakistani players.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits on BMAX reflect in your account in under 30 seconds in most cases. Occasionally, during peak times or due to mobile network congestion, a deposit may take up to 2–3 minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after 5 minutes, contact BMAX live chat with your transaction reference number and the team will investigate immediately.

BMAX does not charge a fee on deposits from Pakistani players. Your deposit amount appears in your BMAX PKR wallet in full. Note that your mobile wallet provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash etc.) or your bank may charge their own transaction fee on the transfer — these charges come from your provider, not from BMAX, and BMAX has no control over them.

First, wait 5 minutes — most deposits resolve on their own. If it still hasn't appeared, check your mobile wallet or bank app to confirm the transaction was completed successfully on your end and that the funds left your account. If the funds have left your wallet but not arrived in BMAX, contact live chat support with: your BMAX username, the transaction amount in PKR, the method used, and the transaction reference number. The team will trace and credit the deposit manually if confirmed.

No. BMAX only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name — the same name on your CNIC and your BMAX account. Deposits from third-party accounts are rejected and refunded. This policy protects all players and is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. Withdrawals are also only processed to payment methods in your name.
Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal on BMAX is Rs 500. You must have completed CNIC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Your withdrawal will be sent to your verified payment method — the same Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, NayaPay, IBFT account or Visa/Mastercard card that was verified during your account setup.

Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) typically arrive within 15–30 minutes of being approved. IBFT bank transfers take 1–3 business hours during banking hours. Visa/Mastercard card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank. Processing times can be slightly longer at weekends or during public holidays in Pakistan.

Common reasons for withdrawal declines: incomplete CNIC verification, attempting to withdraw to a payment method not in your own name, an active bonus wagering requirement on your account balance, or a pending security review. BMAX does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals. You receive the full amount you requested in PKR. As with deposits, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own receiving fee — this is outside BMAX's control. If you're unsure whether your provider charges a receiving fee, check with them directly before initiating a withdrawal.

You can cancel a pending withdrawal from your account's transaction history, provided it has not yet been processed. Once a withdrawal is marked as "Processing" or "Sent", it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel a withdrawal that is already in processing, contact BMAX live chat immediately — the team will attempt to intercept it, but cannot guarantee cancellation at that stage.

Bonus balances on BMAX cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be wagered the required number of times on eligible markets (as stated in the specific bonus terms). Once the wagering requirement is met, any winnings generated from the bonus become part of your real-money balance and can be withdrawn normally. Real-money deposits can always be withdrawn without any wagering requirement.

Markets update with every delivery — you can bet on the outcome of the current over, the next wicket, the match winner, total runs and many other markets while the match is in progress. In-play markets are suspended momentarily after each ball and then re-opened, which is standard practice for live cricket betting.

BMAX settles cricket bets as soon as the relevant result is confirmed by the official match scorecard. Most bets are settled within a few minutes of the match or innings ending. Winning amounts are credited to your BMAX PKR wallet automatically. You can view all settled bets and their outcomes in your account's betting history section.

If a match is abandoned without a result being reached, BMAX voids all unsettled bets on that match and returns the stake to your PKR wallet. If a match is reduced in overs due to weather (e.g., via D/L method) and a result is declared, bets are settled on the official result. Match-specific rules are shown in the betting market information before you place your bet.

Cash-out allows you to settle a bet early — before the match ends — at a value calculated from the current in-play odds. If your bet is running well, you can lock in a profit before the match finishes. If it's running poorly, you can cut your loss early. BMAX offers cash-out on selected live cricket markets. The cash-out button appears in your active bets section when the option is available for a specific market.

Yes — that's exactly what in-play betting is. BMAX keeps live markets open throughout a match, from the toss until the final ball. Pre-match markets close shortly before play begins, but in-play markets open as soon as the match starts and remain available ball by ball. The minimum bet stake on BMAX cricket markets is Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by market and event — the maximum allowed for a specific bet is shown in the bet slip before you confirm. Higher-stakes bets on major PSL and ICC events typically have higher maximums than lower-profile fixtures.
