BMAX Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry specific meanings throughout the document. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of the terms accurately.

• "BMAX" refers to the platform operating at bmax.ws, including all games, betting markets, payment systems and customer support services available to registered users in Pakistan.
• "Player" or "you" refers to any individual who has registered a BMAX account or is browsing the platform with the intention to register.
• "Account" refers to the personal BMAX account created during registration, which holds your PKR balance and records all betting and transaction history.
• "Bet" refers to any wager placed on a BMAX betting market, including cricket, virtual sports and all other event categories available on the platform.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any funds credited to your BMAX account as a promotional or welcome bonus that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which all BMAX account balances, deposits, withdrawals and bet settlements are denominated.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be bet across eligible markets before the resulting balance can be withdrawn as real funds.
• "Verification" refers to the process by which BMAX confirms the identity of a player through document submission, mobile number confirmation or other methods specified during the registration process.

To open and maintain a BMAX account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis while your account remains active.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BMAX does not knowingly allow minors to register or use the platform. If you are under 18, you must not register, deposit or place any bet on BMAX. If BMAX discovers that an account was opened by or used by a person under 18, the account will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
• You must be a natural person — not a company, trust, partnership or any other legal entity. Corporate accounts are not permitted on BMAX.
• You must not already hold an existing BMAX account. Each person may hold only one account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person will be merged or closed, and any bonus balances associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited without appeal.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete personal information during registration. Providing false details — including a fake name, date of birth or contact number — is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You must not be excluded from gaming platforms through any self-exclusion programme that BMAX is required to honour.

The BMAX registration process requires you to provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, create a secure password and confirm your date of birth. By clicking the registration confirmation, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

BMAX operates a Know Your Customer policy in line with standard platform practice. At any point — including immediately after registration or before processing a withdrawal — BMAX may request supporting documents to verify your identity. These may include:

• A copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC)
• A recent utility bill, bank statement or other proof of address
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (for example, a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account in your name)
• Any other document BMAX reasonably requires to satisfy its verification obligations

Until verification is complete, BMAX may restrict your ability to withdraw funds, place bets above certain limits or access certain game categories. Verification is not optional — it is a condition of account use. Refusing to complete verification is treated as grounds for account suspension.

You are responsible for keeping your BMAX login credentials — including your password and any one-time codes — confidential. Never share your credentials with another person. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact BMAX support immediately in writing. BMAX will not be held liable for losses incurred on your account before an unauthorised access report has been received and acknowledged.

All BMAX account balances are held in PKR. There is no currency conversion on the platform. The amount you deposit is the amount that appears in your wallet, and the amount you withdraw is the amount that arrives in your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account — without hidden exchange adjustments.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on BMAX is Rs 200. BMAX accepts the following payment methods:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet transfer)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet transfer)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• Bank IBFT (inter-bank funds transfer)
• Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards

Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically reflect in your BMAX wallet within seconds. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to the same business day depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. Card payments are processed in real time for most issuing banks.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests on BMAX are processed to the same method used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. BMAX aims to process approved withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers follow standard IBFT timelines. BMAX reserves the right to process verification checks before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals from a newly verified account or withdrawals above Rs 50,000.

A bet placed on BMAX is a binding agreement between you and the platform. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled by you unless BMAX has provided an explicit cash-out or bet cancellation option for that specific market. The following rules govern all bets placed on BMAX:

• Minimum bet: Rs 100 across all BMAX markets and game categories.
• Maximum bet: Varies by market, event type and account verification status. Maximum limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. BMAX reserves the right to reduce the maximum bet limit for any account without notice if unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Bet acceptance: A bet is accepted only once BMAX has confirmed it with a bet reference number. A bet slip that has not been confirmed is not a valid bet. If you experience a technical issue during bet placement, check your bet history before placing a duplicate bet.
• Void bets: BMAX will void bets where an event is abandoned with no official result, where odds were published due to a manifest error, or where a bet was placed after the market had officially closed. Void bets are settled at stake returned in full to your BMAX wallet.
• Manifest errors: If BMAX publishes obviously incorrect odds — for example, a 100/1 price on a team that is heavily expected to win — BMAX reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. This applies even after the event has concluded. Manifest errors are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and the decision of the BMAX trading team is final.
• Live (in-play) bets: In-play bets are accepted subject to delay and risk assessment. A bet submitted during in-play betting is not confirmed until BMAX has processed it. During this window, odds may change. If the odds change before your bet is accepted, BMAX will prompt you to accept the new odds or cancel the submission.

BMAX offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in the promotion, and to the general bonus rules in this section. Where a specific promotion's terms conflict with this section, the specific promotion terms apply.

Welcome bonus: New BMAX players who make a qualifying first deposit receive a percentage match on that deposit as bonus balance, up to the stated maximum. The minimum qualifying deposit and the maximum bonus amount are stated in the current welcome offer terms on the BMAX promotions page. Bonus balance is credited automatically on the qualifying deposit.

Wagering requirements: Bonus balance on BMAX must be wagered a specified number of times on eligible markets before it — or any winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. As a general rule, bets on the following market types contribute fully to wagering requirements on BMAX:

• Pre-match cricket match winner bets at odds of 1.50 or above
• Virtual sports match winner and race winner markets
• Roulette outside bets (Red/Black, Odd/Even, High/Low)
• Baccarat Player and Banker bets

Certain market types contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. These include correct score markets, special novelty bets and system bets where the effective single odds fall below 1.20. Always check the specific promotion terms before placing bonus bets.

Bonus expiry: All BMAX bonuses expire after a stated period (typically 30 days from credit date) unless fully wagered before expiry. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.

BMAX maintains the integrity of its platform for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering more than one BMAX account under your name, a family member's name or a third party's name to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically placing bets designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome by exploiting pricing differences across BMAX markets.
• Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns or any technique designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play in order to extract bonus funds.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Depositing funds with the intention of withdrawing them without genuine play, or initiating a chargeback on a deposit after withdrawing winnings derived from that deposit.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools or any software that places bets on BMAX without manual human action.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your BMAX account, whether for betting, depositing or withdrawing. Your account is for your use only.
• Money laundering: Depositing funds for the purpose of passing them through BMAX to obscure their origin. BMAX complies with anti-money laundering practices and will freeze and report accounts suspected of this activity.

BMAX reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of any prohibited activity listed in Section 7
• Failure to complete identity verification within 30 days of being requested
• A chargeback initiated against a BMAX deposit
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions
• A court order or regulatory instruction requiring account closure

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, BMAX will notify you via your registered email or mobile number. You may not place bets, deposit or withdraw during a suspension period. If the investigation concludes without a finding of wrongdoing, your account will be reinstated and any pending withdrawals processed.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these terms, any real-money balance (excluding bonus balance) remaining on the account will be returned to the player's last verified withdrawal method, less any funds BMAX is entitled to withhold due to fraudulent activity or unpaid obligations.

BMAX takes its obligations around responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. These limits take effect immediately and can only be lowered without delay. Requests to raise a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour review period.
• Loss limits: Set the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a daily, weekly or monthly period. Once reached, betting is suspended for that period automatically.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts at custom intervals to remind you how long you have been playing on BMAX.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from BMAX for a period of one week, one month, six months, one year or permanently. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. A permanent self-exclusion is final.

BMAX uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on its platform. These are used to maintain your session, remember your preferences and support the function of the betting and gaming interface. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain BMAX features.

BMAX provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server issues and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. BMAX will notify users of planned maintenance in advance wherever possible.

BMAX's liability to you in respect of any single event, transaction or series of related events is limited to the amount you deposited in connection with that specific activity. BMAX is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of opportunity or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

BMAX is not responsible for network connectivity issues on your side, including slow mobile data connections, Wi-Fi interruptions or device failures that prevent you from placing a bet, accepting changed odds or withdrawing funds within a desired timeframe.

BMAX reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date at the top. For significant changes that materially affect your rights as a player, BMAX will notify registered users via their registered mobile number or email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

By continuing to use the BMAX platform after the effective date of any amendment, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you should cease using BMAX and submit a withdrawal request for your remaining balance before the amendment takes effect.
